Roy's preferred method of painting involves working from life by direct observation of his subject.
He works outside throughout the year - the delicate quality of light in the winter months is a favourite subject.

Materials
The paintings are created using the finest quality artist's materials including; English and Dutch paints, hand stretched Belgian linen and cotton canvases and specially prepared boards.
