Here are 10 of my paintings currently for sale in the beautiful medieval village of Lavenham in Suffolk. The show at Lavenham Hall is open by appointment only which can be arranged by contacting the gallery on 01787 249841 or e-mail dentonsculpture@aol.com. On arrival the gallery will be opened for you to view the exhibition on your own. The other fine artists in the show are Andrew Haslen, Kate Denton, John Waterson and Mossy Kennedy.

British Plein Air Painters Exhibition Announcement

This exhibition has been postponed until 2021. Dates to be confirmed.

Following the incredible success of the first exhibition by the British Plein Air Painters group I’m very pleased to be taking part again and exhibiting with them at the Mall Galleries in central London.

The exhibition, Colour and Light, runs from the 8th to the 13th September 2020. Mall Galleries, The Mall, London SW1 .

My painting, above, will be on show and for sale at the Royal Institute of Oil Painters annual exhibition with opens in London this week.

There was a record number of entries for this show so I’m pleased to have this one chosen by the selection commitee.

It was painted on location in late summer at Walton on the Naze.

I will be teaching a plein air oil painting workshop at Assington Mill in Suffolk on Saturday 17th September 2016. Based at a 17th century watermill in 70 acres of private nature reserve, it would be hard to find a more perfect location to hone your outdoor oil painting skills.
